Domestic Shipping Policy
- Free Standard Shipping on Retail Orders Over $35 in the US.
- Orders placed after 11AM PST will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed after 11AM PST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.
- Overnight orders placed Friday before 11AM PST will be delivered the following Monday.
- Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
- We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
- You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
- Allow approximately 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday) for tracking information to update.
- Wholesale accounts are not eligible for free shipping on orders over $35. If you have a wholesale account, please see your shipping prices at checkout.
International Shipping Policy
- We partner with FedEx to provide shipping to our valued international customers.
- International Shipping Rates:
- International shipping fees are calculated at checkout
- Packages will be delivered in 3 – 12 business days, delivery by the end of the 12th business day (Monday – Friday)
- Weekend delivery is not available
International Shipping Customs, Duties & Taxes:
- International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
International P.O. Box Shipping:
- We cannot ship to international PO Boxes. All international orders require a verifiable physical shipping address and we are unable able to ship through alternate couriers at this time.
Additional International Considerations:
- Our shipping partners do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea Ukraine, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Belarus, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Syria
- Customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
- Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
Product purchased from Kenkoshake.com is eligible for return within the first 30 days of receipt. To process a return we require authorization, please contact our support team with your order details before sending any return.
- If you send a return without authorization, we will not know of the return and no action will be processed automatically.
Due to the speed of processing we are unable cancel or amend an order in any way once submitted.
Lost or Replace Order
My order is lost or missing
Couriers will frequently stash or leave the shipment with a present party (Such as a property office) to prevent theft. We encourage looking around for the order and if still not located please contact our support team for assistance.
